Loggerhead turtle

The loggerhead turtle papuana (Carettochelys insculpta), tortoise or turtle Ramsay pig-nosed turtle is a species of river Carettochelyidae family. Shell has a greyish-green, leathery and dotted with dimples, and a soft plastron and atrophied. Feet, and nail-shaped wings, resemble those of marine turtles. Young people have a carapace serrated at the edges and a central keel. The head ends in a short snout width, tubular, fleshy, like pork, and the eyes are large. Quiet by nature, prefer the shallow rivers of slow progress, with the bottom of sand or silt, which is buried. You can also enter estuarine habitats. Reach up to 6 dm despite 24 km.
